Ignition Press is thrilled to announce its return to Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC) next month with an expanded presence to match its swiftly growing catalog of comics. The publisher will make its debut in the Exhibit Hall at Booth #5531 and a new offsite pop-up location, the Ignition Pavilion, located across the street at the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center located at 200 Harbor Drive. This press release kicks off the Ignition Sequence: SDCC 2026 with ten announcements leading up to the premiere convention event.
Ignition Press’s presence on Comic-Con International’s exhibit floor will provide to an opportunity for attendees to be introduced to the creator-driven publisher’s wide array of original series including The Beauty (now a hit television series on FX/Hulu from Ryan Murphy), Extraction (the basis for the Netflix film and streaming series franchise), Murder Podcast, Roots of Madness, Everyone Loves A Jewel Thief, Voyeur, and Innards, alongside seven upcoming series debuting ahead of and at SDCC through a selection of collections and first issues.
The Ignition Pavilion is a new standalone, expanded, boutique pop-up experience located directly across from the convention hall, with easy accessibility from the train. The Pavilion is designed to provide visiting fans and press a unique experience with meet-and-greets and signings with Ignition Press creators, an expanded retail presence with new exclusive covers, and several partnership activations that will be announced closer to the event.
Fans and press are encouraged to visit the Ignition Pavilion to meet some of their favorite creators, including Tini Howard, Jeremy Haun, Jason A. Hurley, Cullen Bunn, Rob Guillory, Dave Wielgosz, Olivia Dufault, Tim Seeley, Jamie S. Rich, Stephanie Williams, Christian Ward, John J. Pearson, Leah Williams, Ande Parks, Jim McCann, Joe Eisma, and more. The retail experience will include exclusive comic books and collected editions, including the debut of Ignition Press’ first original graphic novel Airwalker, from the mind of Stan Lee and brought to life by Jeremy Haun and Danny Luckert. Fans can also try their hand at the gachapon machine with prizes ranging from comic book ashcans to rare golden tickets for commissioned original sketches from select Ignition Press creators.

Our presence at SDCC this year will even more clearly reflect our values of doing comics differently, meeting and building community where they are, and celebrating our amazing creators!”
The Ignition Pavilion will be open with free admission to the public during the following hours:

- Thursday, July 23rd: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Friday, July 24th: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturday, July 25th: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Sunday, July 26th: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
